We do not undertake any cancellation or refund request. We only can offer to take back the product if it is not working. That too if the customer intimates us about the dysfunctionality of the product within 48 hours after receiving the delivery of the product. There will be no exchange or return of product once it is delivered to the customer. For returning the dysfunctional product, the customer will have to send us a mail at email@example.com and state the problem with the product. Our team will analyze the situation and will revert on the same mail the acceptance of the return request.
